Patternscapes LLC Terms & Conditions

Please READ carefully, as this pertains to the Agreement of your registration with any of the products sold (sometimes referred to as Products) by Patternscapes LLC (sometimes referred to as “Company”).
By purchasing our products, you (sometimes referred to as "Client") agree to the following terms stated.

PRODUCTS
Patternscapes LLC agrees to provide products to help Clients with their personal development. Client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures outlined in this Agreement as a condition of their participation in any of our products.

DISCLAIMER
Client understands Patternscapes LLC and Nikki Eisenhauer are not employees, agents, lawyers, doctors, managers, therapists, public relations or business managers, registered dieticians, or financial analysts, psychotherapists, or accountants. Client understands that purchasing and using the products contained on this website does not constitute any professional relationship between the Client and the Company.  The Clients participation in these products will not treat or diagnose any disease, illness, or ailment, and if they should experience any such issues, they should see their registered physician or other practitioner as determined by their own judgment.

Client understands that neither Patternscapes LLC nor the Company has promised, nor shall be obligated to:

(1) Success in business, results, and sales for the Client.
(2) Provide assistance, as either coach or mentor, with consultations for future business contracts made by Client.
(3) Procure any publicity, social media exposure, interviews, write-ups, features, television, or print promotions for the Client.
(4) Introduce Client to Nikki Eisenhauer’s full network of contacts, media, or business partners.
(5) Client understands that a relationship does not exist between the Parties after the conclusion of these products.

FINANCIAL OBLIGATION
Client is responsible for the completion of all payment plans associated with products they purchase. The Company reserves the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via a Collection Agency.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal, as forms of payment. If Client chooses to pay by monthly installments, they authorize the monthly charge for the product on the Client's credit card or debit card.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
All returns and refunds are discretionary as determined by Patternscapes LLC. If you have any questions, contact us at patternscapes@gmail.com.

As mentioned above, all returns are discretionary. If you download any digital material (PDFs, audios, videos, additional workbooks, etc.) and then promptly request a return, we reserve the right to deny your request. 

CONFIDENTIALITY
Patternscapes LLC respects Clients’ privacy and insists that the Client respects ours as well. This is a mutual non-disclosure Agreement. Any confidential information shared by Patternscapes LLC participants or any representative of Patternscapes LLC is confidential, proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the Client or representative who discloses it.

Parties agree not to disclose, reveal, or use any confidential information except during discussions with other Clients or representatives of Patternscapes LLC as part of the respective products.

Both Parties will safeguard confidential information against misuse, loss, and theft.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Products developed by Patternscapes LLC are strictly for educational purposes. Clients are 100% responsible for their progress and results. Results may vary significantly, and the Company makes no guarantees of success.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Clients use the Company’s services at their own risk. Patternscapes LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any damages resulting from participation.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT
The Parties agree not to make negative or critical statements about each other in public or private.

INDEMNIFICATION
Clients agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Patternscapes LLC and its affiliates against claims arising from participation in the products, except for claims arising from the Company’s negligence or willful misconduct.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials provided are copyrighted and intended for personal use only. Clients are not authorized to sell, share, or distribute Company materials.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
This Agreement does not create a partnership, employment, or joint venture relationship.

FORCE MAJEURE
The Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.

MODIFICATIONS
The Company may modify these terms at any time, with updates posted on the product’s website.

TERMINATION
The Company reserves the right to terminate participation without refund if a Client becomes disruptive, violates terms, or is difficult to work with.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association. Claims must be filed within 100 days, and arbitration must be completed within 90 days.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document constitutes the entire Agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior communications.

EARNINGS DISCLAIMER
Patternscapes LLC makes no guarantees regarding financial success or results from participation in its products.
